Beautiful Royal Blue Cocktail dress. I purchased this dress to wear at my daughters Sweet 16 party in June 2008. It was purchased at Nordstroms for $165.00 and only worn once. It is knee length, it has an empire waist, with a flare skirt. The skirt is Royal blue stain with a sheer blue overlay that splits down the center, The bust also has sheer ruching and a jeweled brooch in the center. It has a zip back, with halter tie backs. 100% polyester. Size 16W by Donna Ricco.
